We normally structure our deals with clients using a two-part fee system: a base monthly agency fee and a percentage (%) of the talent spend.
The base fee ensures our clients have unrestricted access to us for asynchronous and synchronous collaboration.
The percentage of talent spend serves two purposes. First, by managing all contracts and payments directly with creators, we take on accounting and legal risks, which this fee helps to offset. Second, it reflects the increased workload associated with higher talent expenditures, creating a sliding scale that adjusts for this dynamic.
We are open to deal-specific compensation structures but tend to lead with the above model that was developed from years of trial and error. So let’s chat!
